LeaseBrain is a HummingAgent product. HummingAgent builds AI systems that work with what a business already has: its phone lines, its field software, and, in this case, its filing cabinet.

The idea behind LeaseBrain is old-fashioned: a lease is a contract, and contracts deserve exact reading. What is new is that software can now do that reading at scale, provided it is held to a standard. Ours is simple: no value without a citation, no citation without the verbatim clause, and no deadline left unwatched.
